Canna Terra Flores is a one-part flowering nutrient designed to overcome the natural nutrient-binding properties of soil. It delivers a balanced mix of phosphorus (P), potassium (K) and chelated trace elements, all in a form that’s immediately available for uptake. This ensures your plants get the right nutrition when they need it most, supporting robust flower formation, fruit development and rich flavour.
Because it dissolves quickly and can be used with standard watering or automatic “run-to-waste” systems, Terra Flores is suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor soil grows, from containers to beds.
Key Features & Benefits
- Complete Flowering Nutrition: Provides all essential macro- and micronutrients required during bloom, including bio-available phosphorus, potassium and trace elements.
- Prevents Nutrient Ion Binding: Formulated to counteract soil’s tendency to lock up nutrients, ensuring elements remain soluble and accessible to roots, even in nutrient-binding substrates.
- Boosts Flower & Fruit Production: Stimulates flower or fruit formation and encourages full development, increasing yields, density, weight and potentially improving aroma and flavour.
- Chelated Trace Elements for Quick Uptake: Includes trace nutrients in chelated form for rapid absorption, ensuring plants don’t suffer trace-element deficiencies during high demand periods.
- Easy to Use, One-Part Formula: No need for A/B mixing, simply dilute in water, shake and feed. Great for hand-watering, drip systems, or run-to-waste setups.
- Flexible Watering & Irrigation Compatibility: Works with standard watering routines, automatic irrigation or drip systems, ideal for indoor and outdoor soil grows.
How to Use
- Shake well before use.
- Dosage: Mix 50 ml of Terra Flores per 10 L of water (approx. 5 ml/L).
- Feeding Frequency: Use 1 to 3 times per week depending on pot/media size and soil fertility. For less fertile soils or big containers, more frequent feedings may be beneficial.
- pH & EC Guidelines: After mixing, target pH ~5.8 to 6.2 and EC ~0.9 to 1.6 mS/cm (including your tap water baseline).
- When to Start: Begin using Terra Flores once the first signs of flowering appear (flowers or early fruit formation). Continue until final flush before harvest.
- Compatibility: Works best in well-aerated, potting-soil or soilless mixes, especially those formulated for pot cultivation.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What substrates or growing media work best with Terra Flores?Terra Flores is optimised for soil or potting mixes, including commercial potting soil, peat-based mixes, or soilless blends. It pairs well with well-aerated, calcareous soils or soilless potting mixes like those from the Canna Terra line.
Can I use Terra Flores for indoor and outdoor grows?
Yes, Terra Flores is suitable for both indoor container grows and outdoor garden beds or pots. It works with both hand-watering and automatic irrigation systems.
Do I need to feed every time I water?
Not necessarily. For fertile soils, 1 to 3 feeds per week is usually enough. In poorer soils or larger containers, more frequent feeds may help maintain nutrient levels. Always adjust based on plant size, pot volume and soil fertility.
Can I use Terra Flores with other Canna products, like bloom boosters?
Yes, many growers combine Terra Flores with bloom stimulators or PK boosters (e.g. during peak bloom) to further enhance flower development, yield, aroma and fruit quality.
Is Terra Flores suitable for beginners?
Absolutely, Terra Flores is one-part, easy to dissolve and forgiving if mixed correctly, making it suitable for both new and experienced growers.
If you’re growing in soil or potting media and you want full, dense flowers or fruit, generous yields, strong flavour/aroma and consistent results, Canna Terra Flores is an excellent base nutrient for the flowering phase. Its balanced formula, ease-of-use, nutrient-stabilising chemistry and full trace-element profile offer a complete solution to flowering nutrition.
