Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch from our West Bromwich store, Monday to Saturday.

Click & Collect

Order online and pick up from our West Bromwich store for free. You'll get an email when your order is ready — usually within an hour during opening hours.

Discreet packaging

All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies the contents or the supplier.

Heavy items

Grow tents, large fans, and soil bags 50L+ go by pallet or specialist courier. Lead times for these may be 3–5 working days. We'll email you with the tracking link once it's on its way.

International / Republic of Ireland

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and selected mainland European countries. Costs are calculated at checkout. EU customers may be liable for local import VAT and customs charges on receipt.

Out-of-hours service for regular customers

Established customers can request after-hours collection and 24-hour discreet delivery. Get in touch to arrange.
