2. Your account
You must be 18 or over to place an order. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account password secure.
3. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud — and we'll let you know if we do.
4. Prices and payment
All prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping and any additional charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change without notice but the price charged is the one in effect when your order is accepted.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment details you confirm you're authorised to use them.
5. Delivery
Delivery options and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated times are estimates only and we're not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered.

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from how they appear on your device. We may discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.
