UK delivery
Free standard UK delivery on orders over £94.99. Some larger items are classed as bulky and use the bulky rates below, whatever the order value. You'll always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Click & Collect
Order online and pick up from our West Bromwich store for free. You'll get an email when your order is ready, within an hour during opening hours.
Discreet packaging
All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies the contents or the supplier.
Heavy items
Grow tents, large fans, and soil bags 50L+ go by pallet or specialist courier. Lead times for these may be 3 to 5 working days. We'll email you with the tracking link once it's on its way.
International / Republic of Ireland
We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and selected mainland European countries. Costs are calculated at checkout. EU customers may be liable for local import VAT and customs charges on receipt.
